It was a long wait but eventually, as Covid 19 rules and regulations eased, we were able to hold our St Kizito Thanksgiving Mass! This was a wonderful occasion which took place on Sunday 5th June 2022. Present were forty (40) of our members/volunteers who represented parish groups from Fish Hoek, Guguletu, Khayelitsha, Kleinvlei and Lentegeur. Father Subeesh Kalappurackal, our Chaplain, celebrated the Mass which was followed by a delicious lunch.
The lunch was a hive of chatter, warm greetings of old and new friends and swopping of stories and events. Much jubilation and love was experienced after such a long time of not being able to meet as a collective.
